3. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before accessing paid content
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added at checkout

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days: Full refund if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• 7-14 days: 50% refund if less than 30% of content accessed
• After 14 days: No refunds available
• Certification exam fees are non-refundable once the exam is attempted

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HERAERP LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content without explicit written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or distribute course content
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform

8. Certifications

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements. Certificates:

• Are issued digitally and can be verified online
• Represent completion of coursework, not professional licensing
• May be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means
• Are non-transferable

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Course content will meet your specific requirements
• Completion of courses will result in employment

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERAERP LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
